Kayleigh and Dan got married at The Farmhouse at Mackworth, which is a super cute Farmhouse venue in Derbyshire with gorgeous views. It was the most beautiful wedding despite the weather! Weddings at The Farmhouse at Mackworth are so much fun, because the photo opportunities are endless, especially this time of year!
The ceremony
The ceremony was a beautiful service in The Folly, full of nervous giggles and excitement, it was so sweet.
They decorated the area with flowers and candles, which looked amazing. As we all know I am a sucker for a monochromatic theme and these two pulled that off perfectly! After the ceremony, everyone headed over to the bar while Kayleigh and Dan and the team snuck off for some couple photos!

The venue offers a free wedding planner – and there are so many beautiful spots that are perfect for photos. I love this venue because it has so many great opportunities for portraits.
The party
The couple had confetti, drinks and smoke bombs in the afternoon and then headed in for an intimate family dinner in the evening. For dinner they had a pizza van which went down a storm and some amazing heartfelt speeches! They finished off the evening with sparklers and everyone cramming onto the dancefloor!

Kayleigh wore a gorgeous satin dress with an amazing bow detail on the back and pink heels and Dan wore a tweed suit with Dr Martens and they both looked absolutely amazing! Honestly, these two looked so cool and I am obsessed still!
The couple got in touch with us last year, and their day sounded exactly like our kinda thing. They said they didn’t care about anything except having an epic party, and I loved that they were so relaxed.
